Crystal Coven Refund Policy

At Crystal Coven, we take great care to ensure every crystal and product is packed safely and meets our quality standards. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once your order has been processed.
Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number, and
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund (including postage costs if the product was damaged in transit).
3. Crystals and Natural Variations
Please note that all crystals are natural products, meaning variations in colour, size, shape, and texture are normal.
These natural characteristics are not considered faults and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
4. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is managed by Australia Post or your selected courier.
We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
If your parcel goes missing, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier.
5. Returns Process
If your return is approved:
- We will provide a return address and instructions.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
6. Sale Items and Gift Cards
All sale items, mystery boxes, crystal confetti, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless faulty.
